At New Road Fitness, our Exercise Physiologists will design a Personalized Exercise Program based on a thorough assessment of your current cardio and strength condition, your health history and your personal exercise goals. Your Personal Exercise Program will include a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. We always have an Exercise Physiologist available on the fitness floor to provide instruction, and we use best-in-class equipment that will direct you through your program, indicating where to go, what to do and how many times to do it.
Our system will monitor compliance with your Personal Exercise Program and track changes over time in important biometric markers such as weight, heart rate, blood pressure, and body mass index. This allows us to reevaluate and refine your program to match your improving health and fitness, and to provide you with data-driven evidence of improved health and fitness.
