Schedule a New Member Assessment With One of Our Exercise Physiologists.
One of our Exercise Physiologists will administer a fitness test, check health markers like blood pressure, heart rate and percent body fat; review your health history and any risk factors; and learn about your personal fitness goals. Based on the results of your assessment, we will design a Personal Exercise Program with the right mix of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. These exercises are carefully selected by our Exercise Physiologists to safely improve your strength and stamina and help you achieve your personal goals.
Pick Up Your New Road Wellness Key and Start Exercising.
At your first exercise session, we’ll issue you a New Road Wellness Key and one of our Exercise Physiologists will teach you how to use our technology and demonstrate the proper technique for each exercise in your Personal Exercise Program. Using your New Road Wellness Key, our state of the art fitness equipment will recognize you and guide you through your Personal Exercise Program, instructing you where to go, what to do and how many times to do it. It’s that simple.
Our technology maintains a detailed record of your complete exercise history and tracks changes in health markers like weight, blood pressure, and body fat percentage. This provides clear evidence of your progress and improvement, but also allows us to identify any areas that may require additional attention. Using this information, our Exercise Physiologists will review and adjust your Program as needed to keep you challenged and to maximize your results. Plus, one of our Exercise Physiologists will always be on the fitness floor, available to demonstrate proper form or answer any questions you may have.
Once you are a member, you’ll be able to access your complete exercise history and print progress reports at our Member Log-In Page using your unique username and password.
